Je werkt actief mee in de uitvoering, maar pakt ook een rol in het begeleiden en inwerken van collega's en het oppakken van complexere casussen. Je zorgt dat inkomende facturen goed worden verwerkt en dat betalingen en financiële gegevens kloppen. We zijn al flink geautomatiseerd en willen daarin alleen maar verder groeien en slimmer worden. Daarnaast houd je je onder andere bezig met: Verwerken van inkoopfacturen Bijhouden van bank- en kasmutaties Contact met leveranciers Ondersteunen bij controles en administratieve taken Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen Begeleiden en inwerken van (nieuwe) collega's Oppakken en oplossen van complexere administratieve vraagstukken Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de administratie Initiëren en uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen Is jouw project afgerond?
