The posting

(Senior) Administratief medewerker 24-40 uur per week Je komt te werken op ons kantoor aan de rand van Steenwijk. Je gaat aan de slag voor een gevarieerde groep klanten in uiteenlopende branches, van eenmanszaken tot complexe BV-structuren. Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig, als (senior) administratief medewerker werk je voor een veelzijdige klantenportefeuille binnen het MKB. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in je werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Verwerken en controleren van administraties. • Klanten begeleiden bij hun administratieve processen. • Voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor het samenstelwaardig maken van de administraties van onze klanten. • Verzorgen van btw-aangiften. • Signaleren van kansen en meedenken met ondernemers. Wat wij vragen: • Je bent representatief, sociaal en werkt zorgvuldig en precies. • Je hebt een klantgerichte en representatieve opstelling. • Je hebt ervaring als administratief medewerker, bij voorkeur opgedaan bij een accountantskantoor. • Je treedt op als vraagbaak voor de klanten van ons kantoor. • Je bent handig met de computer en hebt ervaring met Office 365 en bij voorkeur ook met Exact Multivers Online, Exact Online, Basecone en Visionplanner Core. • Je woont bij voorkeur in of in de buurt van Steenwijk.
