Veiligheidscoalitie Den Haag Senior Adviseur Bibob - - Organisatie: RIEC - Uren: 32-36 Maak de overheid weerbaarder tegen ondermijning en breng de toepassing van de Wet Bibob naar een hoger niveau! Het RIEC is een regionaal samenwerkingsverband van onder andere de 27 gemeenten in onze regio, het Openbaar Ministerie, de Politie en de Belastingdienst om georganiseerde ondermijnende criminaliteit aan te pakken. Het doel is te komen tot een sterke overheid en een weerbare maatschappij. Het RIEC-bureau ondersteunt deze samenwerking. Het RIEC-bureau bestaat uit een team van bijna 50 mensen met zeer verschillende achtergronden en ervaringen voor wie samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Het bureau is beheersmatig ondergebracht bij de gemeente Den Haag. Om de aanpak van ondermijning een stap verder te brengen zoeken we een specialist op het gebied van de wet Bibob. Heb je inhoudelijke kennis op gebied van de Wet Bibob en wil je bijdragen aan de aanpak van ondermijnende criminaliteit in de regio Den Haag? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Als senior adviseur Bibob speel je een sleutelrol in de aanpak van ondermijnende criminaliteit in de regio. Je adviseert gemeenten, de provincie en andere partners over de inzet van de Wet Bibob en ondersteunt hen bij complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van beleid en uitvoering. Met jouw expertise help je bestuursorganen om mogelijkheden van de wet effectief in te zetten en misbruik van vergunningen, subsidies, vastgoedtransacties en overheidsopdrachten tegen te gaan. Als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor collega's en partners draag je bovendien bij aan de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de Bibob-aanpak binnen de regio. De volgende zaken behoren in ieder geval tot jouw takenpakket: - Interne en externe vraagbaak voor Bibob-aangelegenheden; Adviseren in casuïstiek over de mogelijkheden voor inzet van de wet Bibob. - Ondersteunen van partners (met name gemeenten) bij het uitvoeren van het ei...
