Tegelijkertijd help je organisaties hun doelen te realiseren met de juiste mensen en sterke teams. Je combineert het uitvoeren van assessments met het adviseren van klanten, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities en het verder vormgeven van het vakgebied. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: · Adviseren over selectie-, loopbaan- en ontwikkelvraagstukken. · Zelfstandig uitvoeren van assessments op alle niveaus, van professionals tot directie , en het vertalen van de resultaten naar heldere adviezen. · Assessment- en ontwikkelmethodieken vernieuwen en ontwikkelen. · Bestaande klantrelaties onderhouden, kansen voor vervolgopdracht...
