De kandidaat levert zelfstandig specialistisch advies en realiseert concrete resultaten op het gebied van inkoop, inhuur, procesoptimalisatie en sturingsinformatie binnen het team Financiën van DICIO. De opdracht bevat een duidelijke ICT-component: het merendeel van de inkoop- en inhuurtrajecten betreft technisch complexe IT-vraagstukken en de inrichting en benutting van systemen en data (o.a. Onventis en DIOR). Hoofddoel is het versterken en borgen van kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van (ICT-gerelateerde) inkooptrajecten, met specifieke focus op advisering bij technisch complexe Europese aanbestedingen. De kandidaat adviseert over opstellen en toetsen van inkoopstrategieën, toepassing van relevante raamovereenkomsten en waarborgt doelmatigheid en rechtmatigheid binnen rijksbrede kaders, zonder… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met inkoopactiviteiten. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met ICT-gerelateerde projecten en/of trajecten.
