Maak impact als … Senior Adviseur Concern Control Wil jij als Senior Adviseur Concern Control werken aan de kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid, risicobeheersing en continue verbetering van de gemeente? In deze senior adviesfunctie draag je bij aan een organisatie die aantoonbaar in control is én zich voortdurend ontwikkelt. Je adviseert management, directie en bestuur over vraagstukken op het gebied van interne beheersing, procesoptimalisatie, risicomanagement en rechtmatigheid. Daarbij combineer je een onafhankelijke blik met een sterk gevoel voor organisatorische verhoudingen. Naast het uitvoeren van audits en onderzoeken ondersteun je de organisatie actief bij het versterken van processen en beheersmaatregelen. Je helpt afdelingen bij het identificeren van risico's, het verbeteren van processen en het vergroten van het risicobewustzijn binnen de organisatie. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je onder leiding van de concerncontroller nauw samen met afdelingsmanagers, teamleiders, proceseigenaren en de externe accountant. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner die risico's en verbeterkansen zichtbaar maakt én de organisatie helpt om deze daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
