Opdrachtomschrijving Voor Rijkswaterstaat in Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Adviseur Contractmanagement / Contractadviseur. Hybride werken: overleggen vinden deels online via Teams plaats en deels op locatie in Maastricht. Uitgangspunt is 1 vaste kantoor dag per week op woensdag (Projectdag). Als (senior-)adviseur Contractmanagement word je ingezet binnen dit project. De werkzaamheden in een functie als (senior-)adviseur Contractmanagement kunnen er als volgt uitzien: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, aanbesteding en uitvoering van contracten. Je bepaalt de marktbenadering, stelt het inkoopplan op en vertaalt wensen en eisen naar de juiste contractvormen. Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van contractafspraken op het gebied van financiën, kwaliteit en termijnen. Je neemt deel aan voortgangsoverleggen met de opdrachtnemer. Je signaleert en rapporteert tijdig afwijkingen (VTW's). Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt op het gebied van contractmanagement, zowel intern als voor de opdrachtnemer, en werkt nauw samen met het projectteam, de opdrachtgever, de opdrachtnemer en leveranciers om contracten juist te beheren en alle betrokkenen op de hoogte te houden. Je voert controles en systeem- en procestoetsen uit en stuurt deze processen aan om het contract goed te beheersen, zowel bij de totstandkoming als tijdens de looptijd. Je zorgt voor correct opgestelde, gedocumenteerde en opgeslagen contracten, aanbestedingen, VTW's en bijbehorende documenten ...
