In Amsterdam werk je als Senior Adviseur Ecologie bij een adviesbureau dat zich richt op duurzame, stedelijke ontwikkeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat ecologische belangen vanaf de start zijn geïntegreerd in plannen en projecten. Dankzij jouw ervaring geef je vorm aan natuurtoetsen, ecologische werkprotocollen en biodiversiteitsbeleid. Daarbij houd je altijd de haalbaarheid en wetgeving in het oog. Je denkt actief mee over natuurinclusieve ontwerpen en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit disciplines zoals stedenbouw, watermanagement en mobiliteit. Als ervaren adviseur coach je minder ervaren ecologen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van adviezen. Je voert het gesprek met opdrachtgevers, beleidsmakers en ontwerpers om ecologie goed te positioneren. Met jouw inzet lever je een directe bijdrage aan het vergroenen van de stedelijke omgeving. - Ontwikkelen van ecologische visies binnen stedelijke en infrastructurele projecten; - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van natuurtoetsen en quickscans; - Vertalen van de Omgevingswet naar uitvoerbare ecologische kaders; - Begeleiden van planvorming op gebied van biodiversiteit en natuurinclusief bouwen; - Aansturen van ecologische onderzoeksteams en bewaken van kwaliteit; - Sparren met opdrachtgevers, beleidsmakers en ontwerpers.
