Senior adviseur Ethiek en digitalisering - Zoetermeer Introductie Voor onze eindklant zijn wij opzoek naar een Senior adviseur Ethiek en digitalisering voor 32 uur per week. Functie Omschrijving van de opdracht Je vervangt een collega die tijdelijk afwezig is. Wat ga je precies doen? Schoolleiders adviseren over huidige én toekomstige digitaliseringsvraagstukken zodat zij weloverwogen keuzes kunnen maken. Dat is in het kort jouw drijfveer in deze betekenisvolle baan. Jij duidt complexe vraagstukken vanuit een ethisch perspectief. Wat betekenen bijvoorbeeld AI-toepassingen voor de sector? Op klasniveau: welke invloed heeft generatieve AI bijvoorbeeld voor de pedagogische relatie? En op schoolniveau: wat betekent het bijvoorbeeld om een school te leiden in een tijd waarin leerlingen AI meer en meer als zoekmachine gebruiken? Met jouw adviezen richt je je op bestuurders en besluitvormers in het funderend onderwijs. Je deelt jouw kennis op verschillende manieren. Zo maak je handreikingen, artikelen en andere kennisproducten voor het onderwijs. Ook vertegenwoordig je Kennisnet tijdens bijeenkomsten, congressen en symposia, waar je regelmatig presenteert en in gesprek gaat met bestuurders en andere stakeholders. Andersom haal je ook juist actief signalen op uit het onderwijsveld, die je meeneemt in jouw adviezen. Dankzij jouw strategische blik help je de sector ontwikkelingen begrijpen én er tijdig op te anticiperen. Je werkt makkelijk samen met collega's maar kan ook goed zelfstandig aan de slag. Je bent een ervaren professional en bent in staat om je snel in te leven en in te stappen in lopende projecten. Je werkt gestructureerd en doelmatig en kan verbindend communiceren met de interne en externe stakeholders. De opdrachtgever zoekt een senior adviseur met ruime ervaring en kennis van ethiek en digitalisering voor de tijdelijke vervanging van een afwezige collega.
