Bij RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei zijn we op zoek naar een senior adviseur huisvesting die energie krijgt van complexe huisvestingsvraagstukken. Ben jij analytisch, daadkrachtig en weet jij mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen? Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact! Wat ga je doen? Als senior adviseur huisvesting ben je werkzaam binnen de afdeling Huisvesting, Facilitair & Duurzaamheid (HF&D). Je werkt aan het verbeteren, vernieuwen en toekomstbestendig maken van onze huisvesting. Je ontwikkelt beleid, stelt adviezen op en initieert en begeleidt projecten die bijdragen aan een veilige, duurzame en goed functionerende leef- en werkomgeving voor onze cliënten en medewerkers. Dit betreft zowel gehuurde als in eigendom zijnde locaties. De komende jaren ligt het zwaartepunt van de functie op de begeleiding van vastgoedprojecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je bent betrokken vanaf de initiatief- en planvormingsfase tot en met de realisatie en ingebruikname. Je adviseert over huisvestingsvraagstukken en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en risico's. Daarbij stem je af met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals gemeenten, woningcorporaties, architecten, aannemers en adviseurs. Je werk is dynamisch en afwisselend. Zo analyseer je huisvestingsvraagstukken rondom nieuwe woonlocaties, begeleid je renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten, stuur je op de uitvoering van onderhoudsplannen en adviseer je over veiligheid, duurzaamheid en de optimale inrichting van onze locaties. Je werkt daarbij zelfstandig én in nauwe samenwerking met collega's, interne opdrachtgevers en externe partners. Waar kom je te werken? Bij RIBW Arnh...
