Functie Senior Adviseur Kabels & Leidingen (K&L) - locatie Arnhem Opdrachtomschrijving Als Senior Adviseur K&L fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen nutsbedrijven, de DBFM-opdrachtnemer en het projectteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een afgebakend werkpakket en pakt dit strategisch/tactisch aan met een integrale afweging van betrokken belangen. Je levert specialistische inhoudelijke expertise op het gebied van vigerende wet- en regelgeving en de financiële afhandeling van K&L-processen. Je kunt inschatten wat nodig is om K&L-werkzaamheden tijdig en goed uit te voeren, borgt gemaakte afspraken, toetst verzoeken tot aanpassen/maatregelen en projectovereenstemmingen, en voert risicoanalyses uit die je vertaalt naar actoren. Je bent sparringpartner voor de K&L-specialist bij de DBFM-aannemer, bent betrokken bij SCB-toetsen op K&L-gebied en onderhoudt en bouwt een relevant netwerk met externe partijen om samenwerking te bevorderen. Resultaat opdracht - Verantwoordelijk voor een afgebakend werkpakket binnen het werkveld Kabels & Leidingen. - Zorgdragen voor de inhoudelijke borging van gemaakte afspraken. - Toetsing van verzoeken tot aanpassen, verzoeken tot maatregelen en projectovereenstemmingen. - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en deze vertalen naar actoren. - Behalen van geformuleerde projectresultaten samen met collega's vanuit andere disciplines. - Sparringpartner zijn voor de K&L-specialist bij de DBFM-aannemer. - Betrokken zijn bij SCB-toetsen op het gebied van K&L. - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van een relevant netwerk met externe partijen. - Bevorderen van sam...
