Over de functie Als Senior Adviseur Publieke Dienstverlening bij BMC in Amersfoort werk je 40 uur per week op hybride basis aan het adviseren en begeleiden van publieke organisaties bij het mensgerichter en toegankelijker maken van hun dienstverlening. Voor deze functie ligt het bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.500,00 en € 7.500,00 per maand, exclusief het Individueel Keuzebudget. Je maakt hierbij intensief gebruik van methoden zoals klantreizen (customer journeys), datagedreven werken en landelijke richtlijnen van de VNG, Gebruiker Centraal en Werk aan Uitvoering (WaU). Je gaat aan de slag in een compact, gespecialiseerd team met een stevige groeiambitie binnen een organisatie die met een score van 4.1 op Glassdoor hoog gewaardeerd wordt door medewerkers.
