- Senior Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling & Omgevingswet € Geen max uurtarief Standplaats Elspeet Deadline 02-10-2026 Vakgebied Beleid- en adviesdiensten Dienstverband Freelance Wat ga je doen Kernactiviteiten - Beoordelen van ruimtelijke initiatieven op wenselijkheid en kansrijkheid - Faciliteren van initiatiefnemers en begeleiden van ruimtelijke procedures van begin tot eind - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar beleidskaders en concrete, uitvoerbare keuzes - Verder brengen van de Omgevingswet binnen de organisatie en bouwen aan het Omgevingsplan - Adviseren van bestuur en management over ruimtelijke ordening en omgevingsbeleid Eisen - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling en ervaring met het begeleiden van (complexe) ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig coördineren van de implementatie en toepassing van de Omgevingswet, waaronder werkzaamheden aan het omgevingsplan en de begeleiding van BOPA-procedures. De kandidaat licht dit toe aan de hand van twee concrete opdrachten en behaalde resultaten - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het vertalen van bestemmingsplanregels naar juridisch toepasbare regels voor het omgevingsplan.
