Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Je werkt organisatie breed voor het primair en voortgezet onderwijs op het snijvlak van strategisch HRM, arbeidsmarkt, organisatieontwikkeling en regionale samenwerking. Je bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor directie, management en HR en speelt daarnaast een zichtbare rol binnen de Onderwijsregio Haaglanden. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is de verdere ontwikkeling van Strategische Personeelsplanning (SPP). Je brengt HR-data, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en prognoses samen en vertaalt deze naar strategische keuzes voor de toekomst. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en doorontwikkelen van Strategische Personeelsplanning (SPP) en het Strategisch Personeelsplan. - Analyseren van HR-data, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en prognoses en deze vertalen naar beleid en advies. - Leiden van strategische HR-projecten, onder andere op het gebied van arbeidsmarkt, mobiliteit en personeelsontwikkeling. - Adviseren over complexe HR- en organisatievraagstukken en vertalen van strategie naar concrete, uitvoerbare oplossingen. - Optreden als belangrijke vertegenwoordiger en ambassadeur van Lucas Onderwijs binnen de Onderwijsregio Haaglanden. - Verbinden van schoolbesturen, opleiders en andere regionale partners en behartigen van de belangen van Lucas Onderwijs. - Signaleren van kansen voor regionale samenwerking, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van opleiding, arbeidsmarkt en personeelsontwikkeling. - Bijdragen aan het Verbi...
