Jouw rol als Senior Adviseur Talentontwikkeling Leren & Ontwikkelen (L&O) krijgt binnen Zideris een steeds belangrijkere rol. Onze ambitie is helder: ruimte geven aan talent, ontwikkeling stimuleren en ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers en teams optimaal zijn toegerust voor wat vandaag én morgen van hen vraagt. Niet voor niets is één van onze kernwaarden 'Vakmanschap'. Daarom zoeken we een Senior Adviseur Talentontwikkeling die richting geeft, kansen ziet, mensen verbindt en vernieuwing aanjaagt. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer je op strategisch en tactisch niveau over leren, ontwikkelen en talent. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg, de arbeidsmarkt en het L&O-vakgebied en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen en organisatie brede oplossingen. Je verbindt strategie met de praktijk. Je weet wat er speelt bij medewerkers en teams, maakt scherpe keuzes en zorgt dat ontwikkeling daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan kwalitatief goede zorg. Het team Je komt terecht in een compact en deskundig L&O-team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een professionele, kwalitatief sterke en toekomstgerichte aanpak. Vanuit jouw rol zorg je voor samenhang, richting en verdere professionalisering. Je coördineert waar nodig de werkzaamheden, coacht en ondersteunt collega's en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de L&O-agenda. Je werkt nauw samen met M&O-adviseurs, leidinggevenden en andere disciplines binnen Zideris. Ook onderhoud je relevante externe contacten, bijvoorbeeld met onderwijsinstellingen en regionale samenwerkingspartners. Wat ga je doen?
