Senior adviseur toekomstbestendige centrumgebieden en bedrijventerreinen Werk jij graag op het snijvlak van overheid en ondernemers? Als senior adviseur bij DZP werk je aan complexe ruimtelijk-economische vraagstukken in centrumgebieden en op bedrijventerreinen. Je analyseert, adviseert, organiseert en voert regie. Niet om nóg een rapport te produceren, maar om ervoor te zorgen dat er iets gebeurt. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan uiteenlopende opdrachten waarin economie, ruimte en samenwerking samenkomen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het ontwikkelen van visies, strategieën en uitvoerbare plannen; - het opzetten en begeleiden van samenwerking tussen overheid, ondernemers en andere betrokken partijen; - het creëren van draagvlak én het organiseren van voortgang; - het ontwikkelen en realiseren van pilots en gebiedsgerichte aanpakken; - het signaleren van kansen en het vanuit je netwerk ontwikkelen van nieuwe opdrachten. Je begrijpt bestuurlijke verhoudingen én ondernemerschap en weet wanneer je moet verbinden en wanneer het tijd is om door te pakken. Je brengt mee: - ruime ervaring met complexe ruimtelijk-economische vraagstukken; - bestuurlijke en omgevingssensitiviteit; - een actief professioneel netwerk dat je weet in te zetten; - commerciële voelsprieten: je ziet kansen en maakt er opdrachten van; - zelfstandigheid, overtuigingskracht en een gezonde dosis lef.
