Jouw rol Als senior adviseur bij DZP werk je aan vraagstukken rond binnensteden, centrumgebieden en bedrijventerreinen. Je helpt gebieden vooruit waar plannen vastlopen, belangen botsen of besluiten uitblijven. Jij brengt structuur, overzicht en beweging. Concreet houd je je bezig met - Het signaleren en benutten van kansen via je netwerk - Het ontwikkelen van visies, strategieën en plannen - Het opzetten en begeleiden van samenwerkingen tussen overheid, ondernemers en overige partners - Het creëren van draagvlak én het organiseren van voortgang - Het realiseren van concrete stappen, zoals pilots of gebiedsgerichte aanpakken Vandaag strategie, morgen pilot, overmorgen draagvlak. Jij zorgt dat er beweging komt. Wie ben jij Je bent een analytische denker met doekracht. Iemand die scherp schrijft, helder communiceert en zich makkelijk beweegt in verschillende werelden.
