Je adviseert over juridische en vastgoedkundige vraagstukken en ondersteunt de gemeente bij de afhandeling van circa 1.650 grondgebruikdossiers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren over complexe dossiers rondom oneigenlijk grondgebruik; - Organiseren en begeleiden van bewonersbijeenkomsten; - Voeren van gesprekken met inwoners en belanghebbenden; - Beoordelen van juridische risico's en verjaringsvraagstukken; - Opstellen en beoordelen van huur-, beheer- en koopovereenkomsten; - Voorbereiden van juridische procedures; - Adviseren over privaatrechtelijke oplossingen; - Coördineren van dossieropbouw en besluitvorming; - Fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor collega's en bestuur. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met oneigenlijk grondgebruik; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een overheidsorganisatie; - Uitgebreide kennis van goederenrecht en privaatrecht; - Vastgoedopleiding of vergelijkbare juridische achtergrond; - Ervaring met complexe verjaringsdossiers; - Ervaring met de voorbereiding van juridische procedures; - Sterke advies- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
