Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een hecht team van vastgoedprofessionals en zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om verder te ontwikkelen door cursussen en opleidingen te volgen. work Wat ga je doen als Senior Adviseur Vastgoed/Grondzaken? Als Senior Adviseur Vastgoed bij Metafoor adviseer je verschillende overheidsorganisaties op het gebied van vastgoedbeheer. In deze functie ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de transformatie van verschillende vastgoedportefeuilles en formuleer je beleid binnen de kaders van de organisatie. Naast jouw opdrachten voor overheden in jouw omgeving, ondersteun je Team Vastgoed binnen Metafoor Vastgoed met adviesvragen via onze adviesdesk. Op deze manier kun jij zoveel uur per week werken als je zelf wilt (met een minimum van 24 uur en een maximum van 40 uur per week). Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Het bepalen van portefeuillestrategie - Zorgdragen voor een optimale inzet en gebruik oftewel een efficiënte bezetting van gronden en gebouwen - Het formuleren van concrete voorstellen voor ingrepen in het vastgoed en de exploitatie hiervan - Verantwoordelijk voor huur- en gebruiksovereenkomsten - Het onderhouden van contact met zowel externe relat...
