Senior adviseur vastgoedontwikkeling en beheer Op strategisch niveau mét ontwikkelvisie Amersfoort is een stad die zich in hoog tempo ontwikkelt, vol projecten en initiatieven. Voor het team Vastgoedontwikkeling en -beheer binnen de afdeling Programma's en Projecten zoeken we een senior adviseur vastgoedbeheer. Werk samen met collega's en externe partners aan het behoud en verbeteren van al ons Amersfoorts vastgoed. Om te zorgen dat onze stad een fijne plek blijft om in te wonen, te werken en te leven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor complexe vraagstukken en denkt mee over de organisatie van ons vastgoedbeheer, voor nu én in de toekomst. Jouw rol Als senior adviseur vastgoedontwikkeling en beheer houd je je bezig met onze gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille op strategisch niveau. Je zorgt voor optimaal gebruik van de portefeuille: of dit nu gaat om nieuwbouw of om bestaande vastgoed. Dit doe je in samenwerking met SRO, onze vastgoedbeheerder. Ook heb je een aantal eigen projecten over het vernieuwen van een groot deel van de vastgoedportefeuille. Hierbij houd je rekening met de rol van vastgoedbeheerder, realisatie van het vastgoed en de toekomstige gebruiker. Complexe vraagstukken die hierbij ontstaan weet je te structureren binnen het proces. Binnen het team Vastgoedontwikkeling en -beheer ben je een sparringpartner voor je collega's. Waar nodig werk je ook samen met collega's van verschillende teams van gemeentelijke afdelingen, management en bestuur, externen, huurders en bewoners. Voorbeelden van jouw werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je denkt mee over optimaal gebruik van de vastgoedportefeuilles en levert een bijdrage bij het opstellen van de uitvoeringsnota vastgoedbeleid. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij het vernieuwen van een deel van de vastgoedportefeuille. - Je vervult een meer projectmatige rol in complexe vastgoed situaties waarin sprake is van verbouw en/of selectieprocedures voor verhuur van vastgoe...
