BMC is hét expertisebureau voor de publieke sector. Dagelijks werken onze adviseurs aan maatschappelijke opgaven die Nederland sterker, veiliger en toekomstbestendig maken. Binnen het domein Veiligheid ondersteunen wij gemeenten, veiligheidsregio's, ministeries, zorg- en veiligheidshuizen, RIEC's, defensie en andere publieke organisaties bij complexe veiligheidsvraagstukken. Onze adviseurs combineren inhoudelijke expertise met bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. We adviseren bestuurders, ontwikkelen beleid, leiden programma's en projecten en versterken organisaties met trainingen en kennisontwikkeling. Zo maken we iedere dag maatschappelijke impact. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Adviseur Veiligheid werk je aan strategische en complexe vraagstukken binnen het veiligheidsdomein. Je bent sparringpartner voor bestuurders, directies en managementteams en helpt organisaties bij het ontwikkelen en realiseren van toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Afhankelijk van jouw expertise werk je onder meer aan: - Strategische advisering over openbare orde en veiligheid; - Denk en ontwikkel je mee in de aanpak van ondermijnende criminaliteit, zorg en veiligheid, nationale veiligheid, maatschappelijke onrust, crisisbeheersing of maatschappelijke weerbaarheid vraagstukken; - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van veiligheidsbeleid; - Het leiden van programma's, projecten en regionale samenwerkingen; - Het begeleiden va...
