‘Voortbouwen!’, dat is het motto van 3B Wonen. Wij zijn een woningcorporatie in de gemeente Lansingerland. Met ruim vijftig medewerkers werken wij aan ruim 4.500 goede en betaalbare woningen in Lansingerland. 3B Wonen is een ambitieuze organisatie en de woningnood gaat ons aan het hart. De komende 10 jaar zetten we in op het bouwen van 1.500 nieuwe woningen.

Bij 3B Wonen geloven we dat goed wonen begint met luisteren, samenwerken en doen. Iedereen wil gewoon een fijne en betaalbare woning, maar de uitdagingen op de woningmarkt zijn groot. Daarom zoeken wij een (senior) adviseur Wonen die niet alleen beleidsmatig sterk is, maar ook zichtbaar aanwezig is in het speelveld. Iemand die kansen ziet, mensen verbindt en zaken in beweging krijgt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, gemeente, maatschappelijke partners én de Huurdersvereniging Lansingerland (HVLL). Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan prettig wonen in Lansingerland.

Taken Wat ga je doen?

- Je ontwikkelt en vertaalt beleid op het gebied van wonen, klant en vastgoed

- Je verbindt collega's, huurders en externe partners rondom actuele woonvraagstukken en vertaalt deze van praktijk naar beleid en andersom

- Je coördineert bestuurlijke overleggen met de gemeente

- Je organiseert, bereidt voor en begeleidt de overleggen met de huurdersvereniging en zorgt voor een goede opvolging van de afspraken

- Je signaleert kansen en knelpunten, verbindt vraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen

- Je bereidt prestatieafspraken voor met externe partners en bewaakt de voortgang van gemaakte afspraken

- Je houdt actuele ontwikkelingen in de gaten en bewaakt de PDCA-cyclus van beleid

- Je bent een toegankelijke sparringpartner en denkt én doet mee aan zichtbare resultaten

Vereisten Wie ben jij?

- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau

- Kennis van de volkshuisvesting en de corporatiesector

- Strategisch, analytisch en doelgericht

- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de volkshuisvesting, zoals de Wonin
