Over Dendooven

Dendooven is een advieskantoor voor ondernemers die vooruit willen. We vertalen cijfers naar heldere inzichten en concreet advies over boekhouding, fiscaliteit en strategie. Altijd duidelijk, altijd betrokken.

Binnen onze retailwerking bouwen we doelgericht aan een gespecialiseerde klantenportefeuille van retailbedrijven en warenhuizen. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar sectorinzicht, rapportering en strategisch advies centraal staan.

Bij ons is het niet alleen hard werken: we maken ook tijd voor plezier!

Regelmatig organiseren we gezellige afterworks om de week af te sluiten en gaan we op teambuildings om de banden tussen collega’s te versterken.En na elke btw-periode trakteren we graag eens op iets lekkers om dat samen te vieren.

Jouw rol als Senior Advisor Retail

Als Senior Advisor Retail beheer je een klantenportefeuille binnen de retailsector, met specifieke focus op warenhuizen en multi-site retailorganisaties. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers en CFO’s en fungeert als strategisch klankbord.

Retail is een sector met eigen dynamieken: seizoensgebondenheid, stockbeheer, margedruk, personeelsintensiteit en complexe btw-regelgeving. Jij begrijpt deze context en vertaalt cijfers naar gerichte actiepunten.

Je rapporteert aan de senior manager KMO en werkt nauw samen met accounting assistants, advisors, managers en de business controller. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van onze retailpraktijk.

Dossierbeheer & kwaliteit

  • Je beheert retaildossiers van A tot Z (met ondersteuning in voorbereiding).
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, compliance en dossiervolledigheid.
  • Je signaleert proactief fiscale, boekhoudkundige en financiële risico’s en opportuniteiten binnen retailcontext.

Rapportering & analyse (kernfocus)

  • Je ontwikkelt en bespreekt periodieke rapporteringen (maandelijks/kwartaal) op maat van retailklanten.
  • Je analyseert KPI’s zoals brutomarges, rotatiesnelheid, voorraadpositie, personeelsratio’s en cashflow.
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke managementinformatie voor zaakvoerders en directie.
  • Je ondersteunt bij budgetten, forecasting, investeringsanalyses en rendabiliteitsanalyses per afdeling of vestiging.

Strategisch retailadvies

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij expansies, nieuwe vestigingen, overnames of herstructureringen.
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisatie van stockbeheer en margestructuren.
  • Je adviseert rond btw-vraagstukken specifiek aan retailactiviteiten.
  • Je begeleidt fiscale controles en complexe trajecten.

Team & kennisdeling

  • Je coacht accounting assistants en advisors binnen retaildossiers.
  • Je bouwt mee aan interne retailkennis en standaardisering van rapportering.
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering binnen retailboekhouding.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als dossierbeheerder of advisor.
  • Ervaring met retailklanten of warenhuizen is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt graag met rapportering en cijfers.
  • Je denkt strategisch en communiceert helder met ondernemers.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je comfortabel in een eindverantwoordelijke rol.
  • Je krijgt energie van sectorgerichte specialisatie.
