Finch Dispute Resolution zoekt een senior advocaat-medewerker met minimaal zes jaar ervaring én specifieke kennis van collectieve procedures, waaronder de WAMCA. Over Finch Dispute Resolution Finch Dispute Resolution is een jong, ambitieus Utrechts advocatenkantoor, gespecialiseerd in corporate, commercial & financial litigation - zowel nationaal als internationaal, in individuele én collectieve procedures. Wij lossen zakelijke geschillen op voor ondernemingen, bestuurders en aandeelhouders en staan bekend om ons teamwork en onze expertise op het gebied van massaschade. Wij zijn betrokken bij verschillende spraakmakende procedures, zoals de collectieve procedures tegen Tata Steel, Allergan en de FIFA. Wij zoeken - Minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring als procesadvocaat. - Grondige kennis van de WAMCA en ervaring in collectieve procedures. - Inhoudelijke expertise op het gebied van het aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Bijzondere expertise op het gebied van het consumentenrecht, productaansprakelijkheid en/of mededingingsrecht is een pré. - Sterk analytisch vermogen, overtuigingskracht en uitstekende schrijfvaardigheid. - Ervaring met het oplossen van complexe corporate en commerciële geschillen. - Collegialiteit, ambitie en klantgerichtheid. - Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
