Over Inchcape Shipping Services: Met meer dan 260 kantoren in 60+ landen is Inchcape een toonaangevende speler in de wereldwijde maritieme industrie. Wij zorgen ervoor dat schepen vlot, veilig en efficiënt hun havens aandoen. En jij kan daar onderdeel van worden. WAT GA JE DOEN: Als Senior Agency Operator regel en coördineer jij scheepsbezoeken in de haven, je schakelt met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt dat alles logistiek soepel en volgens planning verloopt. Je gaat o.a.: - Dagelijks schakelen met klanten, kapiteins, autoriteiten en maritieme partners. - Coördineren van leveringen aan/van boord en het toezien op de uitvoering daarvan. - Plannen en organiseren van bemanningswisselingen (transport, hotels) jij regelt het allemaal. - Up-to-date houden van interne en externe systemen ( bijv Portbase) - Adviseren van autoriteiten en informeren van kapiteins, klanten en stakeholders. - Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze dagelijkse overdracht en opvolging. WAT BRENG JIJ MEE: - Achtergrond in logistiek / scheepvaart (bijv. STC) of relevante ervaring. - Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (spraak en schrift) - Je bent een organisator, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk. - Flexibel inzetbaar (ochtend, avond en weekend) - In bezit van rijbewijs B.
