Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine innovative Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft KI- und Automatisierungslösungen entwickelt und unsere digitale Zukunft aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihr Beitrag im Team:

>> Potenziale erkennen: Automatisierungspotenziale gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen identifizieren und priorisieren

>> Lösungen auswählen: Passende KI- und Automatisierungslösungen (z. B. AI Agents, SaaS, RPA) evaluieren und auswählen

>> Umsetzen: KI- und Automatisierungslösungen technisch umsetzen und in bestehende Systeme integrieren

>> Partner steuern: Externe Technologien und Dienstleister bewerten, auswählen und mit IT / Security / Digitalization abstimmen

>> Einführung begleiten: Anwender bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen begleiten und schulen

>> Skalieren: Als Sparringspartner des Digital Leads die bereichsübergreifende Skalierung von KI-Lösungen vorantreiben

Das bringen Sie mit:

>> Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf mindestens Maturaniveau in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Telematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

>> Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Softwareentwicklung, KI oder Digitalisierung

>> Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Technologien, Workflow-Automatisierung und Systemintegrationen

>> Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

>> Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT

>> Eigenständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

>> Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

>> Gemeinsam erfolgreich. Seit über 30 Jahren.
