Of Senior Data Scientist, als je jezelf liever zo noemt Iemand die niet alleen modellen bouwt, maar richting geeft. Die verder kijkt dan experimenten en AI écht production-ready maakt. Jouw uitdaging Binnen ons AI-team speel jij een sleutelrol in het neerzetten van onze AI-strategie. Jij legt niet alleen de fundering, jij bepaalt mede de architectuur. Je werkt aan oplossingen die direct impact hebben op business, operatie en klantbeleving. Of je nu een LLM-app naar productie brengt, een schaalbare ML-pipeline neerzet of een AI-tool bouwt die complete teams versnelt, jij zorgt dat het werkt. En blijft werken. Je denkt mee over: • De AI-roadmap en technische keuzes • Architectuur van LLM en ML-oplossingen • MLOps en schaalbaarheid • Governance, security en betrouwbaarheid • Hoe AI écht waarde toevoegt in onze organisatie Wat ga je doen • LLM-applicaties zoals interne copilots, knowledge bots en samenvattingssystemen • RAG-architecturen met vector databases en retrieval pipelines • Recommender systems die klantgedrag voorspellen en conversie verhogen • Klassieke ML-modellen voor forecasting, clustering en classificatie binnen marketing, logistiek en operations • Automatiseringsoplossingen die processen schaalbaar en foutloos maken • Inrichten en verbeteren van MLOps en model monitoring • Coachen van collega's en verhogen van AI-volwassenheid binnen de organisatie Waarom jij wilt werken bij Veneta in Zwolle Bij Veneta krijg je de kans om écht iets op te bouwen.
