Als Teammitglied im Technology Consulting erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg_innen maßgeschneiderte Konzepte für die vielseitigen Anforderungen unserer Kunden. Anschließend präsentierst du deine Lösungen und begleitest die Umsetzung.

In deiner Rolle als Senior Expert:in bist du fachliche_r Ansprechpartner_in für künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierungslösungen. Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Bewertung und Umsetzung von AI-Lösungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette - von der strategischen Use-Case-Definition bis zur produktiven Implementierung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden, Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Expert_innen zusammen.

Aufgaben * Fachliche Gestaltung von AI- und GenAI-Initiativen bei Kunden * Entwicklung von AI-Strategien, Zielbildern und Roadmaps im Einklang mit Geschäfts- und Digitalstrategien * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von AI-Use-Cases (Business Impact, Machbarkeit, Risiko) * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Machine-Learning, Advanced-Analytics- und GenAI-Lösungen * Begleitung von End-to-End-AI-Implementierungen (Datenbasis, Modellierung, Integration, Betrieb) * Beratung von Management- und C-Level-Stakeholdern zu Chance, Risiken und Governance von AI * Sicherstellung von Trusted AI, Datenschutz, Compliance und ethischen Leitplanken * Fachliche Anleitung von Kolleg_innen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Angebots- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Data Platform, Cloud und Cyber Security

Kompetenzen * Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich AI, Machine Learning und/oder Strategieberatung * Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner AI-Architekturen und Datenplattformen * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-basierten AI-Services und modernen Datenplattformen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren * Beratungs- und Projekterfahrung, sicheres Auftreten bei Kunden * Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Teamgeist, Innovationsfreude und hohe Lernbereitschaft

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung für Manager_innen EUR 58.000,-- brutto/Jahr (All-in). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weiters kannst Du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
