Je werkt mee aan uitdagende projecten binnen de industrie en maritieme sector, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een team aanstuurt en zorgt dat projecten soepel en veilig verlopen. Binnen dit hechte familiebedrijf krijg je veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team monteurs. - Verdelen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Meewerken aan elektrotechnische en mechanische werkzaamheden. - Oplossen van complexe storingen aan industriële en maritieme installaties. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op de projecten. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's en klanten op locatie. - Begeleiden en opleiden van junior monteurs en leerlingen. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen. - Salaris tussen € 4.000 en € 5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - Werken binnen een hecht familiebedrijf met korte lijnen en een informele werksfeer. - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in een leidinggevende rol. - Een zeer afwisselende functie waarbij geen werkdag hetzelfde is. - Projecten binnen de industrie en maritieme sector, zowel nationaal als internationaal. - Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en trainingen. - Werken met modern gereedschap en professionele apparatuur. - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Functie eisen Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist voor deze functie. High level of the Dutch language in word and writing is required for this position.
