Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren werkvoorbereider die impact wil maken in een organisatie waar vakmanschap, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Het gaat om zowel renovatie als nieuwbouwprojecten tussen Alkmaar en Leiden. Als senior werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen plan en uitvoering. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, planning en kosten en weet hoe je met jouw ervaring rust en overzicht brengt in complexe projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het zelfstandig voorbereiden van woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten vanaf VO tot en met oplevering - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, inkooplijsten en werkbegrotingen - Signaleren van afwijkingen en risico's, en hier proactief op sturen - Coördinatie van tekenwerk en afstemming met architecten, adviseurs en leveranciers - Verzorgen van inkoopvoorbereiding en contractvorming met leveranciers en onderaannemers - Optimaliseren van werkmethodieken en procesflows - Aanspreekpunt op technisch vlak voor interne en externe partijen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als werkvoorbereider in de woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw - Afgeronde mbo/hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Aantoonbare ervaring met BIM en digitale werkprocessen - Oog voor detail, een scherp organisatievermogen en een oplossingsgerichte houding - Je bent communicatief sterk, zelfstandig en hebt een proactieve werkhouding Functieoverzicht .
