Senior Analyst Due Diligence Bedrijf In de rol van Senior Analyst Due Diligence rol ben je dagelijks actief in en mede verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van due diligence projecten, draag je bij aan de commerciële activiteiten bij (potentiële) klanten en heb je een coachende rol voor de junioren van het team. Binnen RSM hebben wij een internationaal netwerk en werken wij in diverse sectoren en voor (internationale) opdrachtgevers. Als onderdeel van het team financiële Due Diligence experts lever je geïntegreerde fusie- en overname-dienstverlening. Dit doen we samen met de andere specialisten van RSM, waarin wij grondige analyses uitvoeren van de financiële cijfers van een bedrijf om onze klant te adviseren over de financiële kansen en risico's bij een potentiële transactie. Als Senior Analyst Due Diligence ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Uitvoeren van financiële Due Diligence onderzoeken; - Het coachen en begeleiden van junioren in het team; - Direct schakelen met directie en aandeelhouders van klanten; - Opstellen van klantpresentaties, offertes en facturatie; - Internationaal samenwerken op grensoverschrijdende transacties; - Meewerken aan de verdere groei van de praktijk, samen met collega's vanuit heel RSM. Als Senior Analyst ben je ondernemend en vind je teamgeest ontzettend belangrijk. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Afgeronde academische universitaire studie in een economisch/financiële richting; - 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in financiële due diligence/ controle praktijk bij een advies/accountantskantoor; - Affiniteit met en brede interesse in ondernemingen in de mid-market sector, waar jij in jouw rol echt het verschil kan maken; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; - Onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een 'rechte rug'; - Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
