Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Voor een internationaal toonaangevende organisatie in Roeselare zoeken we een Senior AP Accountant. Je komt terecht in een financieel gezonde, groeibedrijf dat duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal stelt. Binnen het finance team van 25 collega's krijg je een leidende rol in het Accounts Payable-proces en werk je nauw samen met de Accounting Manager. Je hebt hier ruimte om te groeien, problemen op te lossen en processen slimmer te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zorgen dat leveranciersfacturen en betalingen voor verschillende internationale entiteiten tijdig en correct verwerkt worden
  • Beheer en controle van leveranciersrekeningen via reconciliaties en opvolging van openstaande posten
  • Waarborging van BTW-regelgeving, interne controles en financiële procedures
  • Duiken in complexe factuur- en betalingsverschillen tot je een oplossing vindt
  • Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, audits en financiële rapporteringen
  • Identificeren en realiseren van kansen voor procesverbeteringen en automatisatie
  • Aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leveranciers in alles wat met Accounts Payable samenhangt
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van het Procure-to-Pay-proces

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bacheloropleiding in boekhouding, fiscaliteit of gelijkaardige financiële richting
  • Minstens enkele jaren werkervaring in Accounts Payable of vergelijkbare financiële rol
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig; sterke omgang met deadlines
  • Grondige kennis van BTW-regelgeving en interne controles
  • Echt talent voor probleemoplossing en analytisch denken
  • Initiatief om processen te verbeteren en te automatiseren
  • Vlotte communicatie en samenwerkingsvaardigheden
  • Vloeiend Nederlands; Engels op basisniveau
  • Ervaring in internationale omgeving is een sterke troef
