Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder bij Van der Vlist ben jij degene die begrijpt hoe processen, systemen en mensen samenkomen. Je duikt in complexe vraagstukken, helpt gebruikers verder, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat Dynamics 365 optimaal aansluit op de dagelijkse praktijk van een internationale organisatie die actief is in speciaal transport, techniek en logistiek. Je bent niet alleen functioneel bezig. Je krijgt ook de kans om de technische kant op te zoeken. Denk aan integraties, data, middleware, SQL-vraagstukken en slimme oplossingen binnen het ERP-landschap. Hierdoor is deze rol perfect voor professionals die toe zijn aan een volgende stap of voor consultants die inhoudelijke uitdaging zoeken binnen één vaste organisatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met gebruikers, key-users en collega's van IT. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Je duikt in vraagstukken binnen Dynamics 365 en zorgt voor een passende oplossing; - Je helpt collega's in binnen- en buitenland om optimaal gebruik te maken van het systeem; - Je leert onze logistieke, operationele en financiële processen van binnen en van buiten kennen; - Je denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden ingericht; - Je begeleidt updates en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers probleemloos kunnen blijven werken; - Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten voordat deze worden uitgerold binn...
