We zoeken op arbo vlak tijdelijke versterking. Concreet gaat het om iemand die het fundament legt (waarvan er nu veel is, maar versnipperd of verouderd), overleggen en samenwerking stroomlijnt en zorgt voor rust en duidelijkheid. We zoeken echt iemand die dit op strategisch-tactisch niveau gaat opzetten en niet iemand die operationeel arbo-vragen gaat oppakken. Het doel is om uiteindelijk te komen tot een arbo-organisatie waarin: - de arbocommissie een duidelijke advies- en monitoringsrol vervult; - arbo rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden helder zijn belegd; - de verbinding tussen arbo, management en bestuur is versterkt; - arbeidsrisico's structureel worden gemonitord en opgevolgd; - de preventiefunctie voldoet aan de wettelijke vereisten; - gezond, veilig en duurzaam werken aantoonbaar bijdraagt aan de organisatiedoelen.
