Er werken zo'n 45 bevlogen assetmanagement professionals die allemaal een zwak hebben voor techniek. Geen logge organisatie, maar korte lijnen, een betrokken directie en volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je werkt hier in een omgeving waar inhoud telt, maar menselijkheid net zo belangrijk is. Samen met collega's die niet alleen energie krijgen van het helpen van klanten, maar ook van elkaar. Wat je gaat doen Als senior werk je op strategisch niveau samen met directies en asset owners aan toekomstbestendig beheer van bedrijfskritische systemen. Je pakt complexe trajecten op - zoals de implementatie van ISO 55001 op een luchthaven of het opzetten van lifecyclemanagement voor vastgoed en installaties binnen een farmaceutisch park. Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor bestuurders en helpt hen keuzes maken over investeringen, prestaties en risico's. Abstracte strategieën vertaal jij moeiteloos naar concrete stappen: van governance en prestatiekaders tot scenario's voor onderhoudsbesluiten. Jij zorgt dat het niet bij plannen blijft, maar dat het werkt. Daarnaast neem je collega's mee in je aanpak. Je coacht op inhoud, deelt actief kennis en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons vakgebied binnen Compris. Je ziet kansen in de markt en pakt die ook - of dat nu via whitepapers, trainingen of het ontwikkelen van nieuwe diensten is. Wat je meebrengt - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in assetmanagement, waarvan meerdere jaren in een consultancy- of projectleidersrol - Je hebt strategisch inzicht én inhoudelijke diepgang op thema's als ISO 55001, regievoering, risicoanalyse en life cycle management - Je hebt ervaring met het begelei...
