Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit is jouw functie Samen met jouw toekomstige collega's bedien je verschillende opdrachtgevers in diverse branches in het MKB. Jouw werkzaamheden vinden voornamelijk plaats op ons kantoor in Utrecht. Met jouw positieve feedback ondersteun jij (Junior) Assistants Accounting & Reporting bij de verwerkte administraties en dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Daarnaast stel je jaarrekeningen samen en bereid je fiscale aangiftes voor. Hierin staat de samenwerking met jouw team en de klant centraal. Maandelijks praat je met jouw teamlead over het plezier en de uitdaging die jij ervaart bij het werken bij RSM. Dit is jouw team Ons Accountancy & Adviesteam in Utrecht bestaat uit ongeveer 10 collega's. Het team is divers in samenstelling en achtergrond. Van jong tot oud, van administrateur tot accountant-adviseur, van specialist tot generalist. Dit maakt dat we van elkaar kunnen leren, elkaar kunnen inspireren, maar bovenal plezier in ons werk hebben. De klanten die wij bedienen bestaan vaak uit regionale (familie)bedrijven, bestaande uit o.a. vastgoedbeheer en ontwikkeling, productieondernemingen, medici, investeringsfondsen, beleggingsvennootschappen, handelsbedrijven, dienstverleners, etc. Naast jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften verzorgen wij voor hen advisering, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van bedrijfsopvolging, financiering, administratie of reporting. Sommige cliënten worden op administratief gebied totaal door ons ontzorgd, omdat we voor hen ook de financiële administratie, tussentijdse verslagen en btw-aangiften verzorgen. Andere opdrachten die we geregeld mogen doen hebben betrekking op advisering rondom de administratieve organisatie of financiële vraagstukken. Kortom, uitdagin...
