Ben jij een ervaren assistent accountant in de accountancy die goed is in zijn vak, maar geen behoefte heeft aan stijve pakken, onnodige hiërarchie en een cultuur waarin overwerken normaal wordt gevonden? Hier krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, echt contact te hebben met klanten, zichtbaar impact te maken én onderdeel te zijn van een kantoor waar kwaliteit en werkplezier hand in hand gaan. Jouw rol In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille en zorg je dat alles rondom hun financiële administratie soepel verloopt. Je stelt jaarrekeningen op, controleert administraties, verzorgt fiscale aangiften en signaleert adviespunten richting klanten. Daarnaast ondersteun je accountants bij complexere dossiers en denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van werkprocessen. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en weet helder uit te leggen wat cijfers betekenen. Juist die combinatie van inhoud, verantwoordelijkheid en klantcontact maakt deze rol breed, zelfstandig en afwisselend. Wie we zoeken Wij zoeken een assistent accountant t die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en plezier haalt uit klantcontact. Jij brengt het volgende mee: - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring bij een accountantskantoor - Ervaring met het zelfstandig samenstellen van jaarrekeningen - Bekendheid met complexere dossiers en klanten - Makkelijk schakelt met klanten en collega's - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om cijfers helder uit te leggen aan klanten en collega’s - Een proactieve houding in het aandragen van verbetermogelijkheden - Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week - Fiscale kennis, of de ambitie om je daarin verder te ontwikkelen
