Senior assistent-accountant / Relatiebeheerder samenstelpraktijk Jouw eigen cliënten. Junior collega's begeleiden. Doorgroeien naar AA-accountant. Je kunt zelfstandig een jaarrekening samenstellen, begrijpt de fiscale samenhang en wilt weten wat de cijfers betekenen voor een ondernemer. Je zoekt een kantoor waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, rechtstreeks met cliënten werkt en jouw kennis kunt overbrengen op junior collega's. Bij AAme krijg je die ruimte. Met betrokken collega's, praktijkgerichte opleidingen en accountants, fiscalisten, salarisadviseurs en juristen dichtbij. Jouw eigen cliëntenportefeuille Na een gerichte introductie krijg je een eigen cliëntenportefeuille die aansluit op jouw ervaring en zelfstandigheid. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt, leert de ondernemingen kennen en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Je werkt voor ondernemers en ondernemingen met Nederlandse en internationale activiteiten. Daarbij werk je onder verantwoordelijkheid van een accountant en schakel je onze specialisten in wanneer dat nodig is. Je portefeuille en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen meegroeien met jouw ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig jaarrekeningen samenstellen en complete, onderbouwde dossiers voor review opleveren. - Financiële administraties beoordelen, aansluitingen controleren en afwijkingen uitzoeken. - Tussentijdse cijfers en rapportages opstellen en ontwikkelingen toelichten. - Aangiften IB voor ondernemers, VPB voor ondernemingen en omzetbelasting voorbereiden en uitwerken. - Cliënten helpen met hun vragen en financiële en fiscale aandachtspunten signaleren. - Planning, deadlines en afgesproken uren bewaken en tijdig overleggen als een opdracht anders loopt. - Junior assistent-accountants begeleiden en aansturen: werkzaamheden verdelen, duidelijke instructies geven en voortgang en kwaliteit bewaken. - Werk van junior collega's beoordelen binnen jouw bevoegdheden en praktische feedback geven, in afstemming...
