Als Senior Assistent Accountant werk je aan samenstelopdrachten en adviesvraagstukken voor diverse MKB- en DGA-klanten. Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt binnen opdrachten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt junior collega's groeien in het vak. Door je combinatie van klantcontact en vaktechniek zie je direct het effect van je werk. Je houdt je bezig met het: - Samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en opstellen van financiële rapportages voor MKB-klanten; - Signaleren van advieskansen en afstemmen met collega's uit andere disciplines; - Adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie, inrichting en prognoses; - Onderhouden van klantcontact en bijdragen aan duurzame klantrelaties; - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior collega's bij opdrachten. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de samenstelpraktijk; - Affiniteit met automatisering en online accounting; - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een professioneel kritische houding; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een ondernemende instelling.
