Wil jij als senior assistent accountant dichter op de ondernemer zitten en meer doen dan cijfers opleveren? Bij Alletto werk je voor MKB-cliënten aan jaarrekeningen, fiscale aangiften, tussentijdse cijfers en praktische adviezen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee over betere digitale processen en helpt collega’s verder in hun vak. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening én op de verdere ontwikkeling van ons kantoor. Jouw rol In deze functie combineer je samenstelwerk met klantcontact, advies en procesverbetering. Je werkt zelfstandig voor ondernemers, begrijpt wat er achter de cijfers speelt en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar praktische vervolgstappen. - Je stelt zelfstandig jaarrekeningen samen en verzorgt fiscale aangiften. - Je richt administraties in, verwerkt en controleert deze. - Je stelt tussentijdse cijfers en financiële rapportages op en bespreekt deze met cliënten. - Je signaleert kansen en verbeterpunten binnen de financiële bedrijfsvoering van cliënten. - Je denkt mee over het slimmer inrichten en automatiseren van administratieve processen. - Je ondersteunt bij software-implementaties en het verbeteren van digitale werkprocessen. - Je onderhoudt persoonlijk contact met cliënten en ondersteunt hen waar nodig op locatie. - Je begeleidt en coacht collega’s en deelt jouw vakinhoudelijke kennis.

Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over onze dienstverlening en over de manier waarop we cliënten beter kunnen ondersteunen. Eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Wie we zoeken We zoeken een ervaren assistent accountant die zelfstandig werkt, graag klantcontact heeft en energie krijgt van meedenken met ondernemers. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de samenstel- of controlepraktijk, bij voorkeur binnen het MKB. - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevante financiële richting. - Je vindt het leuk om cliënten te adviseren en financiële informatie begrijpelijk te maken.
