Schachinger Logistik Holding GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Senior Assistenz (m/w/d) Facility Management & Zentraleinkauf Ihre Aufgaben:

* Assistenztätigkeiten bei administrativen, organisatorischen und inhaltlichen Aufgaben des Facility Managements und Zentraleinkaufs, teilweise auch für die Geschäftsführung

* Digitale Organisation/Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Plänen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Einkaufsvorgängen wie Angebotseinholung

* Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Recherchieren und Aufbereiten von Informationen zu Produkttests mit Focus auf Nachhaltigkeit

* Erfassung und Monitoring von Energiedaten

* Erstellung von Protokollen und Präsentationen

* Kontrolle von Rechnungen, Arbeitszeiten, Dokumentationen, Prüfintervalle, internen Prozessen

* Aktive Nachverfolgung offener Projekte

* Erstellen von Prozessbeschreibungen; Schulung /Nachkontrolle von Prozessen

Ihre Kompetenzen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der qualifizierten Assistenz

* Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word)

* Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken mit dem Blick für das Wesentliche

* Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Unternehmerische Einstellung, Beharrlichkeit und Zielfokussierung

* Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Teamplayer/in mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
