Vanuit onze vestigingen in Nieuwegein en Amsterdam bouwen wij aan een hoogwaardige adviespraktijk waarin kwaliteit, inhoudelijke scherpte en persoonlijke betrokkenheid centraal staan. Wij werken voor cliënten binnen onder meer Zorg, Bouw en Vastgoed, Automotive, Transport en Logistiek en Technologie, Media en Telecom. Onze cliënten verwachten snelheid, betrouwbaarheid en inhoudelijke kwaliteit op hoog niveau. Dat vraagt om professionals die zelfstandig werken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en scherp blijven op kwaliteit en detail. Binnen Oudshoorn staat direct contact centraal. Wij werken nauw samen met ondernemers en zorgen dat financiële informatie betrouwbaar, actueel en bruikbaar is. Daarbij besteden wij structureel aandacht aan zorgvuldige dossieropbouw, cliëntonderzoek en compliance. Voor onze vestiging in Nieuwegein zoeken wij een Senior Associate Accounting and Reporting die inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid combineert met de dagelijkse begeleiding van collega's en het verbeteren van onze werkprocessen. De rol Als Senior Associate Accounting and Reporting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen, coördineren en beoordelen van financiële administraties en rapportages voor een eigen cliëntenportefeuille. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dossiers en zorgt dat werkzaamheden tijdig en zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de Manager Accounting and Reporting en verzorgt de dagelijkse aansturing van een klein team, bestaande uit één of twee Associates en een Trainee.
