Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:

  • Het simuleren van complexe LBO-modellen om de rendabiliteit en haalbaarheid van overnames tot in de puntjes te onderbouwen.
  • Diepgaande financiële analyses en due diligence uitvoeren zodat geen enkel risico onopgemerkt blijft bij een potentiële acquisitie.
  • Het opstellen van scherpe waarderingen en investeringsmemoranda die de cruciale basis vormen voor de finale investeringsbeslissing.
  • Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de huidige participaties, waarbij je hen adviseert over strategische optimalisaties en groei.
  • Het voeren van verkennende gesprekken met targets in de markt om een kwalitatieve pipeline van nieuwe investeringskansen op te bouwen.

Wie ben jij:

  • Een rugzak gevuld met zeker 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Transaction Services bij de Big 4 of in een gelijkaardige rol in private equity.
  • Het vermogen om volledig zelfstandig te werken en de regie te voeren over je eigen planning zonder dat iemand over je schouder meekijkt.
  • Een gezonde dosis ondernemersgeest waarbij je proactief verbetervoorstellen doet voor zowel de interne werking als voor de klanten.
