Klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen binnen ons auditteam én als eindverantwoordelijke het verschil te maken voor klanten en collega’s? Als Senior Audit Manager neem je de formele rol van bedrijfsrevisor op en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over een eigen portefeuille. Je combineert diepgaand inhoudelijk werk met het uitbouwen van de business en het aansturen van teams over regio’s heen.

Over de job

Als Senior Audit Manager vervul je de formele rol van revisor naar de klant toe en ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw auditportefeuille. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en ondernemerschap. Je neemt beslissingen, verdedigt dossiers en bent een strategische sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als interne stakeholders.

Je werkt over een diverse klantenportefeuille, van familiale ondernemingen tot complexe internationale structuren, en neemt hierin de eindverantwoordelijkheid op vlak van kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en compliance.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van de business line Audit en draag je bij aan de groei van VGD in jouw regio.

Concreet omvat je werk:

  • Je vervult de formele rol van bedrijfsrevisor en bent het finale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.
  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid en aansprakelijkheid als opdrachtverantwoordelijke en staat in voor kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en naleving van ethische normen.
  • Je verdedigt auditdossiers zelfstandig naar klanten en externe instanties zoals het FSMA.
  • Je neemt de lead in complexe dossiers en behandelt zelf de meest kritische auditonderwerpen.
  • Je stuurt auditteams aan over verschillende werkplekken heen en zet flexibel de juiste expertise in voor je klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de globale planning en zorgt voor een evenwichtige werkverdeling binnen en over teams.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in het managen en optimaliseren van de business line Audit.
  • Je volgt tendensen in de sector op en vertaalt deze naar opportuniteiten voor VGD.
  • Je bouwt actief aan klantrelaties en zorgt voor groei via cross-selling en netwerking.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van talent binnen jouw team.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en bewaakt hun welzijn, engagement en doorgroeipad.
  • Je neemt beslissingen rond aanwerving, evaluatie, promotie en exit in overleg met de Director of Partner.
