Werken bij Ra'Quel Senior Auditor Korte omschrijving Voor onze opdrachtgever in de provincie Provincie Zuid-Holland zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Auditor. Opdracht FEZ is de concerncontroller van het ministerie van Buitenlandse zaken. FEZ wil zich het komend jaar versterken om de rol van concerncontroller goed te blijven spelen in een snelle veranderende wereld. Deze wendbaarheid en slagvaardigheid wordt ondersteund door het inrichten van kwartiersmakersrol audit / programmamanager. De kwartiermaker audit richt zich op de ontwikkeling van een 3e lijns rol binnen FEZ, in samenhang met de 1e en 2e lijnsrolllen. De kwartiermakersrol is onafhankelijk gepositioneerd onder de directeur FEZ. De kwartiermaker werkt als programmamanager samen met de stakeholders aan domeinoverstijgende thema's met een belangrijke financiële of organisatorische impact. Deze thema's worden programmatisch aangepakt. Voor het komend jaar is een programma ingericht voor de verbetering van de bedrijfsvoeringscyclus. Doel van het programma is een verbetering van de bedrijfsvoeringscyclus op een zodanige wijze dat zowel de openstaande stand als de aangegane verplichtingenstroom geen materiële afwijkingen meer bevatten. We willen dit doel in 2026 realiseren met structurele borging in 2027. Dit programma bestaat uit twee sporen: Spoor 1 => gericht op het voorkomen en tijdig corrigeren van afwijkingen in de stroom aangegane verplichtingen en de openstaande stand Spoor 2 => gericht op structurele verbetering van de bedrijfsvoeringscyclus Beide sporen worden aangestuurd door een projectleider die vallen onder de programmamanager / kwartiermaker audit. We zijn op zoek naar senior auditor om het projectteam in spoor 1 te versterken, gericht op de interne controles en steekproeven van de ADR ten behoeve van de controleverklaring.
