Klaar om binnen audit niet alleen dossiers uit te voeren, maar ze ook écht mee te dragen?

Na enkele jaren auditervaring begint het verschil te maken. Je wil niet langer enkel werkprogramma's afwerken, maar zelfstandig opdrachten opnemen, klanten adviseren en juniors meenemen in het verhaal.

Voor het hoofdkantoor in Berchem zoekt een gevestigde audit- en adviesorganisatie een Senior Auditor die klaar is voor die volgende stap.

Meer verantwoordelijkheid, zonder de afstandelijke cultuur

Deze organisatie bestaat ondertussen bijna 100 jaar en maakt deel uit van een internationaal netwerk. Toch voelt de werkomgeving allesbehalve log of corporate aan.

De combinatie is net wat deze functie interessant maakt: je krijgt de kans om te werken voor internationale groepen én Belgische kmo's, terwijl je terechtkomt in een omgeving waar mensen elkaar kennen, kennis delen en lang blijven. Een gemiddelde anciënniteit van meer dan 10 jaar zegt daarbij genoeg.

Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor verschillende auditopdrachten en krijgt daarbij heel wat autonomie.

Concreet:

  • Je voert wettelijke en contractuele audits uit van planning tot afronding.
  • Je analyseert financiële staten en brengt risico's en aandachtspunten in kaart.
  • Je stelt auditdossiers en werkdocumentatie op en reviewt het werk van junior auditors.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en deadlines van jouw opdrachten.
  • Je bespreekt bevindingen met klanten en denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Je begeleidt juniors en helpt hen technisch én professioneel groeien.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met managers en bedrijfsrevisoren bij complexere dossiers.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten uit verschillende sectoren.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig klanten over heel België te bezoeken.

Wie past hier goed?

Voor deze functie zoeken ze geen kandidaat die gewoon "een volgende job" zoekt, maar iemand die verder wil groeien binnen audit en bedrijfsrevisoraat.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in bijvoorbeeld Handelsingenieur, TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Accountancy, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen audit.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding en het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Een analytische en kritische ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten en collega's.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • De ambitie om verder te groeien richting bedrijfsrevisor of een leidinggevende auditfunctie.
