Bij een internationale brouwerijorganisatie in Amsterdam werk je aan procesautomatisering voor wereldwijde investeringsprojecten. Als Senior Automation Engineer neem je de technische regie over de automatiseringsscope: van haalbaarheidsstudie en ontwerp tot inbedrijfstelling en operationele overdracht. Je werkt aan uitbreidingen van bestaande productie-installaties en aan volledig nieuwe brouwerijen. Daarbij verbind je PLC- en SCADA-systemen met digitale productieoplossingen en zorg je voor een veilig, geïntegreerd en efficiënt automatiseringsontwerp. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je ontwerpkeuzes af met brouwers, verpakkingsspecialisten, utiliteitsengineers, civiele engineers en projectmanagers. Je begeleidt leveranciers, bewaakt technische standaarden en ontwikkelt herbruikbare modules voor het verzamelen en ontsluiten van productiedata. Binnen het internationale automatiseringsteam verdiep je je verder in industriële IoT, data-analyse en OT-security. Zo combineer je inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor grote projecten met de verdere digitalisering en verduurzaming van productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Leid de automatiseringsscope van CAPEX-projecten, van haalbaarheid en ontwerp tot start-up. - Ontwerp geïntegreerde automatiseringsoplossingen voor bestaande installaties en nieuwe brouwerijen. - Ontwikkel en implementeer standaardmodules voor dataverzameling, structurering en koppeling met een industrieel IoT-platform. - Stem technische keuzes af met proces-, verpakkings-, utiliteits- en civiele disciplines. - Stuur leveranciers inhoudelijk aan en bewaak kwaliteit, standaarden en een correcte oplevering. - Vertaal digitale ontwikkelingen naar toepasbare oplossingen voor productie en operatie. Functie-eisen - Je hebt ruime ervaring met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van procesautomatisering binnen CAPEX-projecten. - Je beschikt over uitgebreide kennis van PLC, SCADA, data-analyse, rapportages en IT. - Je kent ISA S88, ISA 95, ISA S99 en de principes van TPM. - J.
