Als Senior Automation Engineer leid je industriële automatiseringsprojecten bij een farmaceutische productielocatie in Haarlem, waar medicijnen worden verpakt. Je werkt vanuit het Site IT/Automation-team aan systemen in een GMP-omgeving, binnen de kaders van IT-infrastructuur, informatieveiligheid en validatie. Daarbij stem je af met lokale en internationale collega's uit Business, Quality en Technical. Functie-inhoud - Je leidt automatiseringsprojecten en stuurt interdisciplinaire projectteams aan. - Je definieert projectdoelen, activiteiten en op te leveren resultaten en bewaakt de uitvoering. - Je onderhoudt projectplanningen, dashboards en projectdocumentatie en rapporteert over de voortgang. - Je beheert projectbudgetten en bewaakt het financiële overzicht. - Je coördineert leveranciers en bewaakt hun prestaties en bijdragen aan Service Level Agreements. - Je stemt de kwaliteitsaanpak af met Quality en borgt aansluiting op technologische standaarden en informatiebeveiliging. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante technische richting. - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als projectmanager in een technische omgeving. - Je kent IT-infrastructuur en de relatie tussen IT en industriële of laboratoriumautomatisering. - Je begrijpt de uitgangspunten van CSV (Computer System Validation) en kunt deze toepassen in projecten. - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met GMP-kwaliteitsregelgeving, zoals GAMP, en de bijbehorende SDLC-methodologie. - Je bent bekend met Data Integrity en documentatiestandaarden voor GMP IT/Automation-systemen. - Je communiceert en presenteert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, ook in internationale projectteams.
