Bij een internationale leverancier van systemen voor kaas- en poederproductie in Heerenveen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het automatiseringsontwerp van complexe productielijnen. Je werk omvat IT, netwerken, cybersecurity en SCADA, waarbij je stuurt op budget, planning, kwaliteit en scope. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerp en programmeer automatiseringsoplossingen voor complexe, klantspecifieke procesunits en productielijnen - Geef klanten en collega’s technische begeleiding bij automatiseringsvraagstukken - Stem de uitvoering af met het orderteam en plan projecten in fasen met concrete mijlpalen - Bewaak budget, planning, kwaliteit en scope en onderhandel over meerwerk - Vergroot de efficiëntie door oplossingen, standaardcomponenten en werkprocessen te hergebruiken - Ontwikkel en verbeter processen, templates en engineeringtools - Train en begeleid collega’s binnen en buiten de organisatie Functie-eisen - Je hebt 10 tot 15 jaar ervaring als Senior Automation Engineer of in een vergelijkbare rol, afhankelijk van je opleidingsachtergrond - Je hebt specialistische automatiseringskennis en begrijpt de operationele processen op klantlocaties - Je hebt grondige kennis van procesbesturing - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van standaarden, richtlijnen, tools en methoden voor automatiseringsontwerp - Je kent het productportfolio en de functionaliteit van de systemen van de werkgever uitstekend - Je hebt aantoonbaar complexe projecten efficiënt en met hoge kwaliteit opgeleverd Aanbod - Mogelijkheden voor opleiding en professionele ontwikkeling - Internationale projecten en samenwerking met technische specialisten - Ruimte voor innovatie en verbetering van automatiseringsoplossingen - Een werkplek met aandacht voor diversiteit en inclusie - Marktconform salaris en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Flexibele werkafspraken
