Voor een sterk groeiend accountantskantoor in Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Accountant & Tax Advisor. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over uitdagende accountancy- en fiscale dossiers en wordt een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor ondernemers bij complexe financiële en fiscale vraagstukken.

Dankzij de juridische en fiscale achtergrond van de oprichters heerst er binnen het kantoor een omgeving met veel inhoudelijke expertise en ruimte voor verdere ontwikkeling. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en vennoten en krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontplooien richting een adviserende en leidinggevende rol.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert complexe accountancy- en fiscale dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor jaarafsluitingen, jaarrekeningen, rapporteringen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers over fiscale, financiële en strategische vraagstukken.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op.
  • Je neemt deel aan klantenbesprekingen en denkt actief mee met de ondernemer.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht junior en medior collega's en deelt je kennis binnen het team.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten en collega's aan complexe advies- en optimalisatiedossiers.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, een postgraduaat of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je hebt een sterke inhoudelijke kennis van accountancy en fiscaliteit.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers en voelt je comfortabel bij complexere klantenvraagstukken.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en vindt het leuk om collega's te begeleiden en verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Een verdere ambitie richting adviesverlening, management of vennootschap is een plus.
